Accomodation

Numerous hotels are available within walking distance of the conference site. The price for a single room is around 70€ per night. You can book your hotel on the bern-incoming site. Since the conference dinner is scheduled for Thursday July 9th in the evening, please book your hotel from 5-10 July!

Traveling Tips

How to Get There...

... by aircraft
We recommend to travel through the airports of Zürich, Basel or Geneva.
From Zürich and Basel it takes about 1.5 hours by train, from Geneva two hours to Bern main station. Find your train schedules on the SBB website.
... by train
You can plan your journey with the SBB online timetable. From Bern main station you take Tram 3 to Saali, 5 to Ostring or Bus 19 to Elfenau until Zytglogge (2 Stations). The Kultur-Casino is at your left.
... by car
From the motorway you take the exit "Bern-Ostring". From there you follow the signs to "P Zentrum Süd" through the Thunstrasse and across the Kirchenfeldbrücke. On the right side you see the Kultur-Casino and on the left the entrance to a parking lot which costs around 17 € per day.
